Root Permission to user ???
Hi Everyone
i am using redhat 9 ,i have to create the username and the i have to five the root permission to the particular user ,how to do that Helping this issue will be greatly appriciated Thanks & Regards Thualsi |

I'm not going to try this on my system, but can you just delete the root account and give your new one a UID and GID of 0? |

but i dont want to delete the root account i want create the new user account and then i have give root permission for that account please tell me syntax for that |
You might run into alot of trouble doing that.
The best solution is to create a normal user and log as the superuser. This way, you should avoid giving a bad command to your system. |
