The kernel documentation is in package kernel-doc. You probably have kernel and kernel-dev but may not have this. (Type "rpm -qa |grep kernel" to see what is installed.)
If you don't have kernel do you can install it with Yum:
yum install kernel-doc
rpm -ql kernel-doc after the install will show you where it put the documentation. (Typically under /usr/share.)
