Rhct

Does anybody know where I can get an outline of what, exactly, needs to be studied in order to learn the material covered in the RHCT exam?
Thanks
Joe

http://www.redhat.com/training/rhce/courses/index.html

Scroll to the middle of the page, and there is some info there. For some reason, RedHat is vague on what exactly is required for each of their certs. Probably so someone can't go off their outline, study for specific items, and then complain because something they studied for wasn't included, or something they didn't study for was. And to help keep the integrity of the test, and not mae it like and MCSE where any who can read can get one. But that's just my guess.

And, to be completly honest, I took the CE exam, got the CT, and I am not exactly sure which was which

I would recommend, if you can afford it, taking one of the cram courses they offer

The Rute User's Tutorial and Exposition is a book which you can download. If you read the contents you will see an appendix which is a reading guide for Redhat certification. So, you can match up each class with what will be studied. You can download the book from here:
