Question Resources to learn advanced network topics in Linux

Recently, I'm facing with some new issues related to networking in Linux, which I didn't know there are some tools to gather such information on Networking. For example, using lldp or cdrp related commands in Linux to gather information about switches in network, bonding network interfaces, even using advanced tcpdump switches and options ,advanced routing and iptables, etc.
I wonder does anybody know any good book or website to learn some advanced and real-world topics of Linux and its networking? Thank you
