I've got a laptop (Compaq Presario 1200) and slackware... (8/9/10, pick your favorite) I'd like to have my screen reflected about the X axis (so it's upside down) however, xrandr reports that my video card supports neither rotation nor reflection. Is there a software kludge that I can use to do this? Speed really isn't a huge issue, and if it bogs down my performance that's fine, this setup is for an on-star type navigation system, so lightning fast response isn't as critical.
I don't know what kind of options your average laptop screen has but my monitor has a menu completely seperate from the computer, it's got rotating and crap all in there, maybe you could do it without the computer being the wiser?
