Unhappy Recover My Deleted File & Folder


I AM REGULAR USER OF RED HAT LINUX 9.0. I WANT TO KNOE THAT HOW I CAN UNDELETE THE FILE OR FOLDER IN CASE OF RED HAT LINUX 9.0
IS THERE ANY UNDELETE COMMNAD LIKE DOS/WINDOWS IN RED HAT LINUX 8.0
