Reboot after power outage

I am using Red Hat Fedora core with Dell SC400 server. When there is a power outage the server does not reboot automatically after the power comes back. How do I make it to reboot after the power comes back on?

If you have an ATX cabinet, then I guess you need to press the button everytime. I dont know if its possible to change that system.
