Realtime Environment to practice for RHCE (RH302) exam
Hello,
is there a resource/material that can simulate a RHEL on your personal machine so that one can practice for RH302 exam accurately? I am looking to practice sample questions with some kind of simulation environment where the scenario is similar to the real-time scenario that we can expect in the exam. For instance, the system is already broken with what is mentioned in the question so that I can focus only on solving the problem rather than breaking it first. I am looking for something specific to RHCE exam preparation/practice rather than using a tool like trouble-maker.
If any one is aware of such simulation-based practice tests (free), please share. Thanks.
My apologies if I wasn't clear enough on what exactly I am looking for. I already have Red Hat Enterprise Linux (server) version 5.3 installed on my machine. However, I am looking for some kind of simulation environment which corresponds to the scenario(s) depicted in sample tests for RH302 exam. For e.g. if a sample test question describes a broken filesystem issue, then I would like to directly practice fixing the issue rather than first spending time on creating the scenario presented in the question. So is there a simulation environment available for practicing sample tests in this manner?
By the looks of it, not one that RH support. I would suggest contacting your local testing centre or setting up a home network (whether a physical one or one using virtual machines) and running your own scenarios based on the books.
