Realtech 8029 network card not recognized! Help plz !

I've got Redhat linux 7.0 and a network card (pci) with the rtl8029 chipset and i can't find the drivers for it.
it should be recognised but unfortunately redhat doesn't find any network cards (?). It works properly in win98
PS, i also need Soundblaster PCI128 drivers for linux do you know where to get them ?
