Unhappy RE:Email Receive Problem

Sorry ppl as to come here and asking for help.I've tried to ask for help in newbie but it seems no one has made any reply or suggestion on the problem i had.I thought that being in a Linux community is great but to my disappointment it's not that smooth, i know that you guys receive thousands of threads but hey could you not just spare this Linux newbie a time to try and help out his problem.I really do appreciate if i hav just one solution or explaination ."As i query on my previous thread ,i really need help on this one.Do hope members will lent me a hand on this matter. In urgency.Help me please, 2 weeks back my qmail hdd crash but it manage to be recovered. and so i created a link to all users (for e.g ln -s ~useraccount/Mailbox user account) and it works fine i guess coz nobody is complaining. Then a few user ask me how come they cannot receive any mails but they are able to sent it out. So i checked on the linux server and all the account shows there is a link but the funny thing is how come most of the user could receive and sent as per normal but not some of them? By the way i have a email virus scan server and it shows that the emails had been sent to the affected users account .So it really puzzles me where the message is being directed. I hope somebody could help me out on this. Your assistance is deeply appreciated. Thanks everyone."
Once again thanks
