#mount -t ramfs /dev/ramdisk /mnt/ramfs
#mount -t tmpfs /dev/ramdisk /mnt/tmpfs

1- What is the difference of these?
2- I can resize tmpfs with this command
#mount -t tmpfs -o size=64M /dev/ramdisk /mnt/tmpfs
