quota in /var/spool/mail
 
How do i keep tab on the mail quota in /var/spool/mail and mail user when quota exceeds ??

Actually, i have disk quota on each user accts but this is in /home.

How do i set quota on the /var/spool/mail where each user
acct is onli 100mb maximum and mail them when quota exceeded ??

you need to set quota on each partiton so set it up for var as you did for home

is it possible to email user a warning mail when quota is full ??

sure, open your favorite mail editor, type in the user's address and add the following to the body of the message:
Your account has exceeded it's 100mb limit.

And then maybe sign it... ;)

You could set it up so when you are notified it sends the message to root, and then "bounce" the message to the user using maybe a filter with the user's name in it??? Just a guess though.
