quota exceeded problem

So, i have Debian Woody + postfix 1.1.11-0.woody

create pop3 box.
work with this box.

after exeeding (hard limit )/ 2
i can not work with this pop3 box:

see in log:

Sep 19 18:40:01 sdeb2 in.qpopper[12092]: sawoy2 at localhost (127.0.0.1): -ERR [SYS/TEMP] Unable to copy mail spool file, quota exceeded (122) [pop_dropcopy.c:889]

but really i have free space for this user:

# repquota -a |grep sawoy2

sawoy2 -- 7440 11264 22528 1 0 0

# ls -al /var/mail/sawoy2

-rw-rw---- 1 sawoy2 root 7604005 Sep 19 18:19 /var/mail/sawoy2
