question about your opinion for win2003 server against Linux
 

Hi everybody


I am doing an essay and i want to find what Linx community think about win2003 server.

If you want please drop some lines telling me your opinion. what you like and what you don't.
if you are users of both operating sustems or one of them.

2003 server is nothing less than ridiculous vs a 2.6.x Linux server.
High load is a pain for the CPU. And worse, you have to pay this "OS".
Of course you have nice eye-candy, but who matter on a server?

Okay some reasons why I closed this thread:

1. You have one post as this is your first and it's asking essay qustions.
2. Asking such questions for essays is solicitating and a type of advertising.
3. You should have asked permission before asking such controversial topics or style of questions.
4. You posted in the wrong forum, this is not a technical question regarding Linux.
5. This type of question can lead to a flame war.
6. If you want to take an essay for school work, do it elsewhere. Don't use our forums as a classified for your own work please.

Your coming into a Linux forum to ask what Linux users think of Windows Server 2003. That'd be like me walking into a Chevrolet plant asking them what they thought of the new Honda truck that just came out.. :rolleyes:

If you have any problems with this closure, take it up with the admin and owner of the site.
