First, spell out your words. It's "please", not "plz".

Second, what problem are you having? Version/distro of Linux? Squid? You say you've "googled a lot to know this", but the first link that comes up for me is:

http://www.howtoforge.com/squid-dela...dth-management

A very clear how-to, with examples. If you're having problems with a specific thing, let us know.

And did you try to look up that error?? Some things from the Squid site and others:

http://old.nabble.com/Unable-to-forw...d20413925.html
http://old.squid-cache.org/mail-arch...0104/0312.html

Check your open file limits, and your squid configuration, based on some guidelines found in these posts, as well as in the squid documentation.

Again, SPELL OUT YOUR WORDS, please.

Did you read the Squid documentation, on their site?
http://www.squid-cache.org/Doc/config/delay_parameters/

There are 3 classes of delay pools - class 1 is a single aggregate bucket, class 2 is an aggregate bucket with an individual bucket for each host in the class C, and class 3 is an aggregate bucket, with a network bucket (for each class B) and an individual bucket for each host. For further explanation and examples, see the default squid.conf file comments.
