i am trying to install xmms-kde-3.1 on FC2 and i keep getting the following error:

checking for Qt... configure: error: Qt (>= Qt 3.0.3) (headers and libraries) not found. Please check your installation!

the thing is, i already have it I think:

Installed package: qt-devel.i386 1:3.3.3-0.1 matches with
qt-devel

any suggestions? thanks!

nevermind, i just needed to delete config.log... thanks anyhow...

if you compile from source and get the same message as posted above and QT is installed and nothing else works..............make sure QT is in your $PATH
look at your /etc/ld.so.conf file

and/or ensure you have the QTDIR environment variable set:
