I don't think there's any available. A few projects started and died shortly after. I think the closest project to get a full Linux running in a PSOne machine was runix, created by Blockman, but looks like their site is dead now too. I remember seeing bash running in a PSOne machine, but can't find the link right now. You are better off getting a 166MHZ computer off the eBay and installing Linux on it . You might also want to check NetBSD, it runs on way more processors then Linux does and you could dig a little from there instead.

Regards!
