ps -aux ---> /usr/sbin/sendmail -i -FCronDaemon -oem root ??

Ok ... I just did a ps -aux on my company's server and I see a process:

/usr/sbin/sendmail -i -FCronDaemon -oem root

Can anyone tell me what it is doing (or what's happening) please? Thanks a lot.

Bump ... Anyone with any clues?

It's sending a message as CronDaemon to root.
You might want to check which scripts are being run by cron (/var/spool/crontab/ or /var/spool/cron/crontabs) because it is probably mailing an error report or something.
