I am using the telnet program " Netterm" , what download protocol ( eg. zmodem , kermit , ymodem ) is the most suitable ?

When I used DOS and used a terminal program to telnet with, I used the Zmodem protocol. Maybe Netterm documentation will give some clue as to what is best to use!
