ProMEPIS KDE Taskbar

Does anybody know how to adjust the taskbar in KDE MEPIS?
I'm unable to move the pager applet, or resize/move the taskbar ( current windows section ).
It is set on the default from install. This new taskbar will does not have the side bars next to each applet which allows right mouse click/properties.
