Hi,

Can any one explain about /proc/kcore file?

What is its usage?

Does it has any relation with Cyber Forensic ?

Thanks

*GOOGLE!!!!*

search: kcore

first result:

http://www.unixguide.net/linux/faq/04.16.shtml

and it could, but only if you got hacked (especially if you got rooted), and have little restrictions on that file. All in all, its possible, but they'll have to make since of it

You could make cat /proc/kcore > /dev/dsp
