Problems with GRUB, not using whats in grub.conf **FIXED

Hello. So I just got FC6 installed on my secondary HD. (HD1,0).
And I am able to boot into windows and into FC6. But my problem is that when GRUB boots when I start up my computer, and I try to boot XP, it only has the arguments. chainloader +1 But my problem is that when I go look at grub.conf in boot/grub/grub.conf and in etc/grub.conf they are the exact same, and they show up s having

title Windows
rootnoverify(hd0,1)
chainloader +1

How come it isn't reading the rootnoverify(ho0,1)? Is there a certain thing I need to comment out of my .conf file?

Thanks in advance for your help. Oh and I know that I can get into Windows XP, because, I can edit the Windows boot arguements on the fly, when grub loads, to rootnoverify(hd0,1) and it will boot, but it does not save them.

Edit: Sorry, but once again, I fixed it immediately, and the problem was that I did not have a space in rootnoverify (hd0,1). Thanks for your time, and sorry to anyone that wasted any on this.
