problems with boot agent default
hello.
I installed the new fedora core on my second hard disk. during the installation I choose the default boot to be the first hard disk (with windows). (I used the GRUB boot agent to be installed on the first hard disk).
All worked fine, until I did update to the linux, and now the new kernel is the default boot.
I tried to change the settings with instructions i got from fedora web site, but the files in the \boot directory says "premmision deny" so i can't access the configuration file to change the default boot.
I'm new at Linux, so I'm not sure if i can login as administrator (I remmember that i gave a password for it during installation), but I could'nt log in as administrator with the password I gave. Or maybe I need to do something else to get premmision to change the file.
thank you,
ido
