problem with Xwindows

i intalled RH 8.0 on my machine. after installation. i can`t load xwindows from text mode. what i typed is : startx. but it said it can`t find the srceen. something like this. so... how can i run Xwindows then?

ps: i got run RH7.2 before 1yr. it works properly on the same machine. thus, it seems that `s not a hardware problem.

thanks in advance.

Run 'XConfigurator' as root and use it to configure XFree. It looks it's not configured.

Try xf86config or XF86Config-4 - one of those should let you configure xfree interactively. You better got the specs for your monitor and graphics card.
