Problem with sound firefox in ubuntu 6.10 (Flash(Youtube))
 

Regards friends... I have a problem with my browser firefox, the sound me does not work ... I installed the package aoss and edit the file/etc/firefox/firefoxrc, into which(whom) it(he,she) changes the line FIREFOX_DSP = "none" into this FIREFOX_DSP = "aoss" and nothing ... then I restarted my firefox and even I continue without listening to the videos in flash (youtube). Tambíen lei in the net that he(she) was installing gNash, and I made it, install gnash, his(her,your) plugines, etc ... and even at all ... I cannot listen to sounds for the firefox 2.0 of distrbucion of ubuntu 6.10....

Gnash doesn't work very well in my experience. If you want a working flash plugin, you will probably need to install "flashplugin-nonfree".
