I was compiling alsa-driver on my new Gentoo, when i got that...

Looks like you've got problems from having different programmes compiled with different compilers (and possibly versions of glibc).
The way that I'd do it is to make sure that my compiler and glibc are up to date, re-build and install the kernel (and modules) and then try to compile the extras.
