problem send fax with modem error code 54?

I send fax by modem. What does (54)Error No response to EOP repeated 3 times ?

Hi

I have the same problem but I have noticed that the fax still sends but that is because I tested it to a local fax machine.

Also the efax software is behind an exchange.
