if you have the windows cd (you bought it right??), you can reinstall the windows MBR (where grub and bootloaders live).

if you boot from the windows cd, then you should be able to repair it.

You can insert your windows cd into the CD-ROM and after booting from the windows installation cd you should enter into the Respair Mode and use the following commands to reinstall the MBR:
Code:
fixmbr
fixboot c:\
if your windows system partition is named c.

Task B has commands to restore Grub. You need a Live CD.

My last link in the signature refers.
