i was having 2 operating systems on my m/c's viz. Linux & Windows Xp. But someone else has deleted linux partitions from windows xp.
So i m unable to boot the windows though it is there on hard drive.I was using the GRUB boot loader before the damage
Pls guide me.
You can insert your windows cd into the CD-ROM and after booting from the windows installation cd you should enter into the Respair Mode and use the following commands to reinstall the MBR:
i got ur reply.And it's working fine.
But i want to boot windows using the GRUB & without going for installation from windows cd. Presently GRUB is there on my m/c. This is what i want to demonstrate to my students. (i m a lecturer)
So pls guide me.
