Thumbs up Problem finding the mysql executable in Debian Squezee i386

I have created a multi-platform script.php that from 2 databases creates a new one.

in winBugs works right but not yet in Debian

In winBugs I used this route return $this->doMySql('c:\xampp\mysql\bin\mysql.exe --default-character-set=utf8 -u root ' . "$dbName < $file", $env);
In Debian try with return $this->doMySql('/usr/bin/mysql --default-character-set=utf8 -u root ' . "$dbName < $file", $env);

This route doesn't work well /usr/bin/mysql

Regards...

Following command:
Code:
which mysql
should tell you where it is, if it is installed.

Else, install it using the Debian tools for that.

I really don't know

To let us investigate further, please attach your script to your (next) post.

Reminder: to do that, whilst editing click the "Go advanced" button, then the paper clip icon in the icons bar, "Browse" to select the file then "Upload". And append ".txt" to the name so that it be recognized as a text file.
