postscript printing of graphics

Hi all
I'm using geda to produce PCB layouts and the output from the program produces a postscript file, the tracks on the pcb have corners that are curves, on screen everything is fine but when printed on either a laser printer or my inkjet printer the curves are represented by broken chunky segments I'm sure it must be a setting somewhere but i can't seem to find it any help much appreciated
