Postfix + vm-pop3d ..... help me please!
 

Hello. I am just a newbie here, so please bear with me. I am having problems on installing our email server. we have 80 workstations now. And I want them to have thier own email address derived from our own domain name.

I am using Mandrake 9.2, i recently istalled postfix and vm-pop3d for my email server, I have telnet my port 110 and port 25 ang it's both ok now.

I can send email now using my existing user. my problem is i can't receive
emails. and they can't reply on my email address. the error is relay access denied.

can somebody help me please....

weird...I know I just replied to this. I guess it didn't take.

you hafta change your "home_mailbox" setting in the postifix "main.cf" to "Maildir/"

be sure to include the "/ after Maildir"

how come you posted the same question to so many different LQ forums, at least 3 different ones? that's a no-no. :tisk:
