Postfix (very easy - i think)

Hi,

We have postfix setup and it is nearly working.... when we send a email to
it the message bounces and the sender receives this error....

xxx.yyy.com@zzzzz.com: cannot append message to destination file
/var/spool/virtual/xxx.com/oli: cannot open file: Permission denied

im sure this is something and nothing- anyone help?

Thanks
Oli

What user is postfix running as?
Does that user have permission to write to that file?
