This is what's appearing in the log file each time I try to run the script from my web browser:
[Thu Mar 28 22:09:29 2002] [error] (2)No such file or directory: exec of /var/www/cgi-bin/test.cgi failed
[Thu Mar 28 22:09:29 2002] [error] [client 192.168.1.1] Premature end of script headers: /var/www/cgi-bin/test.cgi
I have a similar problem, downloaded and installed wwwboard perl script, put the files where it said , chmoded everything. When I call it from another PC on the LAN, I see the opening screen to put in a message as expected, I fill out the form and then when I hit "post message" It displays the wwwboard.cgi script rather than executing it (at least it knows where to find it). Anyone know why? I don't have the wwwboard.cgi (which was initially named wwwboard.pl) in a cgi-bin directory and maybe I should. It is currently in the /var/www/html/BBS directory. Thanks in advance.
