original /tmp permission
 
I accidentally CHMODed my /tmp directory to 777 and now im getting "Only owner can have access to _____ resource" warnings up the wa-zoo.

Anyone knwo the original CHMOD setting to the directory?

YAY!! ITS FIXED. I Forgot the idea of the tmp directory is to allow applications to create directories per session. I just removed the whole directory and everything recreated is directory again.

/tmp usually has 1777 permissions.
