Oracle Unbreakable Linux Support vs RedHat
My company is thinking of picking up Oracle Support for RHEL. I would like to get some feedback from people that currently use the Unbreakable Linux Support. I have called the call center twice for questions about their service and honestly have not had a great response - reps didn't know what I was talking about and said I'd get a callback - never did. Not a very good way to get my business. Is this
the norm for Oracle Support? How do you rate Oracle's Linux Support?
