Opera can't find Flash-Plugin

Opera can find every Plugin, for example Quick Time, Media Player, Shockwave..., everything using CrossOver Plugin and all works.
But I installed the Flash Plugin via CrossOVer Plugin and manually but Opera can't find it!
/home/fedivh/.netscape/plugins = flashplayer.xpt and
Opera can find every .so file apart of this one!!!
