Question OpenGEU Splash Image

I REALLY want the background image of the OpenGEU splash. Any one have any idea where I might get a hold of it?

You have provided the link to the packages in your post. Just knock off the tail end of the URL one step at a time until you get to the directory with the .deb packages for Fiesty and Gutsy.

I provided a link to a screen shot on a website.

But are you telling me that if I go and install openGEU I'll be able to find that image. I suppose you are right!

No. What I meant was, take this link which you provided

http://download.tuxfamily.org/geubun...s/screen04.jpg

and shorten it by removing the end, one step at a time, until you get to the packages you need to install the splashscreen.

Like so:

http://download.tuxfamily.org/geubun...s/screen04.jpg
http://download.tuxfamily.org/geubuntu/screens/
http://download.tuxfamily.org/geubuntu/

And that last should be where you will find folders for fiesty and gutsy. Go into whichever one applies to your, and find the .deb package(s) you need.
