My company is looking to buy a Online telephone Directory Appl. that run on SQL and have a web interface, we are a new phone company and want to have a online phone book for other users, not staff members. Can anyone point me to one, I see that IBM have one but that is not what I am looking for.

A telephone directory doesn't sound too much trouble. Is there a reason you are not writiing it yourself? MySQL, and PHP is all you'll need.
