One drive bay PC case?

I know this is a rather odd question, but like in the old days you can get one drive bay desktop cases... was wondering if anyone knows where...

What form factor? I think a lot of the mini-ITX and media center type form factors have single drive bays. Newegg has a pretty good advanced search feature that should let you select number/type of drive bays.

Might paw through places like newegg or tigerdirect.

Not sure exactly what you need it for? If it had two would that be an issue or do you mean simply a small case?

I recently bought a micro-ATX case and it has only one drive bay. However, it was a challenge fitting the drive in properly so that it would not get stuck. I had to modify some things to make it fit. The mini-ITX cases require slim drives.
