Official Google API to Search ?

Hello,

I would like to start the discussion of this thread about the Official Google API to Search.

I would like to have embedded into a script and to use this API from Google to ouput the result of the search (URL). Like 10 results (links) from a string search would be nice for instance.

Would you recommend a given command to use?

An example could be to google search:
"linux presentation powerpoint ppt" (it could be better but ok)

Thank you !!

Hello,

What kind of script are you trying to write? Using bash? Or something else? And sometimes I like to have fun with this - http://code.google.com/apis/ajax/pla...rge_result_set
Maybe you could use that to get more of an understanding, and to get a better idea of how to do it.

Cheers,

Josh
