nvidia for development kernel

does anyone know where to get a patch to fix the nvidia drivers to work with the 2.5 kernel series, i found an old one that works with drivers from late 2001 but that seems really old and i was wondering if anyone knows where to get more current ones?

no, the 2.5 kernel breaks some of the code and a patch is necessary to make it run, the same thing stopped it from working on 2.4 for a while until some of the newer revisions
