No socket present?

Hi guys, I was tryiing to run apache server in terminal, writting httpd but the only thing I got was this:

[root@localhost root]# httpd
(98)Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80
no listening sockets available, shutting down

What whould I do? Thanks

I'd say cos it's already running or an other program is using the port

point your browser to the ip with apache on it

localhost

or whatever it maybe

Hi Looking_Lost >> I still have problems, I make a quick scan on the computer and it told me that all ports are blocked, any suggestions? Thanks
