Question Network File System

I am looking for a software that could help me to do this
I got box which is "ON" 24/7 - if not down.
The "box" will be place at location A
I will be travelling to location A and B
In location be I have a NFS on WINNT which ban all other IP not in the network. which means if i am off campus i have to do dial-up and access my file.
I wonder if there is tools i can use to syncronize my file
when I am in location B i can login to my box in location A then when i am in location A i can syncronize my file too.
A and B doesn't manage by the same administration -
which mean's A is my own box, that I could do what ever I like
and B is a box that is not control by me.
A is running redhat 7.2
B is running WIN-2000 Server.
There is also a citrix server but I don't think that is useful
the Point of this file saving method is . so when i am in location A
i can access my file without - connection problem and when i go to B i can just access my file.

I greatly appreciate your suggestion...
Thanks.

I barely got what you said there were a lot of A's and B's and I'm easily confused

If you what to sync with a win2k box, why not try to mount the remote windows box using samba?

Otherwise, have you heard of rsync? http://rsync.samba.org/ You can use rsync to sync the 2 filesystem
