Just got a digital video (hard disk) camera because I thought that converting directly to DVD instead of plugging the camera into a DVD recorder would be best. But I don't know now how to convert them (full quality) to DVD. Tried Qdvdauthor and that didn't work at all. Didn't have time to troubleshoot. Tried mandvd but that turned out a very bad quality video. Jerky and any movement was distorted.
A little discouraged because I was a videographer for a wedding and I need a solution that will be high quality (and actually work). Any help appreciated. Thanks.
Well I looked at the threads you posted, which helped me to understand some things a little better. Then I saw someone mention tovid or devede, which I decided to try and it actually did make a good quality DVD. Maybe eventually I can do something more fancy (I still really like the looks of qdvdauthor, I just wish I could figure it out).
What is troubling you about QDVDauthor? I use it, and like it a lot. They also have a good help forum (cause Lord knows, I am no expert) but I do use it.
