Need some help.

I am currently using MandrakeMove to introduce my Linux to my 6-8 grade students. I discovered that L Breakout uses inappropriate language - dam, dam it... As much as I want to use MandrakeMove I won't be able to because of this. Is there a way to get rid of the that program. An alternative is Knoppix. Does anyone know if L Breakout exists in Knoppix or anyother inappropriate programs for 6-8 students? I'll download it but I just would like to hear input.
