Need help with Suse Linux

I can't seem to do anything with this thing, I tried emailing, it tells me about some error, I try to mount the floppy it gives some kind of error, I try to copy a file some error. I don't know if it's me or if something is wrong with my version of Linux. Is there some kind of test that I could run? Can someone tell me what are some of the basic commands in Linux?

you could try the thing and see if that worked. or try loading telepathy.o. "some error" is way to vague to offer any meaningfull help.

Like rshaw said, we can't help without details. But as far as that info about basic linux commands, I reccomend Rute User's Tutorial and Exposition. It is free and on the net. Search for it. Also search for those errors before you post them back here.
