Need help with NTP server/client setup
 

Hi,

I got 1 linux box I'd like to synchronize with a public NTP server.
This box should be both a client to a public NTP server and a server to my inside network.
Can anyone give me a hint about what should go in the ntp.conf file? I've made some tries already but didn't go very well.

My ntp.conf file:

server apublicntpserver
authenticate no
-----------------------------------------
Is this enough to make it work as a client? When I use this, it says that the NTP port is already in use (even though I only have one daemon running).
I'm trying to make it work as a client only first...
So, as you can see, I'm quite confused...
