Need HELP!!

hi there

I need help
i got an assignment. I have to install, config, and troubleshoot 3 services on redhat server 9. That is SSH, NMS, and NFS. The major problem is i doesn`t know how to install the services because i`m using window o/s and i never used any linux o/s regularly. i really don`t familiar with linux o/s.
So i need help to solve the problem.
So i hope that anyone could give me a guide or manual or suggest to solve the problem.
I need to know is there any software for any of those services, how to configure it and where to download it or it juz a package that i could get from the redhat cd and how to get the package and install the package.

i hope that any could help me with these as soon as possible because the dateline is comming

thanks to all for view this thread

It's against policy here to help people finish their homework assignments.

That said, there's lots of information about linux at The Linux Documentation Project.

Actually, we are allowed to help, but the rules warn you not to expect it.

First, what is the course and what degree are you pursuing?
Second, what have you been taught already that would lead up to this assignment?
Third, what research have you already done?---eg a Google search using those acronyms + Linux and Redhat.

AND--have you looked at the Linux Documentation Project as suggested by pljvaldez?

First of all, your title sucks for this thread and doesn't give us any insight of the actual thread itself.

Secondly, you clearly need to learn to research your own homework.

Try using google.com to search for online tutorials and manuals, there's plenty of them out on the net if you just try to search. You'll benefit yourself if you do your own work to recieve full credit for doing it on your own. Your own deadlines mean nothing to us. I'm closing this thread, if you have a specific question in regards to you not understanding something, feel free to ask but don't make members of this site be your personal search engine, a skill you should fully be capable of doing on your own.
