Nagios

Hi
I am new to Linux and Nagios, so I hope you can help me.

After inputting the following command:
/usr/local/nagios/bin/nagios -v /usr/local/nagios/etc/nagios.cfg

I get the following ouput:
[root@localhost nagios-plugins-1.4.16]# /usr/local/nagios/bin/nagios -v /usr/local/nagios/etc/nagios.cfg

Check your configuration file(s) to ensure that they contain valid
directives and data defintions. If you are upgrading from a previous
version of Nagios, you should be aware that some variables/definitions
may have been removed or modified in this version. Make sure to read
the HTML documentation regarding the config files, as well as the
'Whats New' section to find out what has changed.

[root@localhost nagios-plugins-1.4.16]#

I dont understand the ADmins errors.

Hopefully you can help
Thanks

well there is a need to define a group called admins somewhere, as it's being referenced. OR remove the references to it. AFAIR, the groups would usually be defined in the contacts.cfg file. I'd think the error is fairly self explanatory though.
