when user select lease line vendor it will show Bse and nse options
when user select location it will show maker and malad options

I can't speak for everyone else, but I can tell you that I will not do your work for you. If you need a script/program written, either you need to write it yourself, or pay someone else to do it.
If you need assistance, please post what you've already written, along with what errors you're getting, and we can help you. Otherwise, I'd suggest you go to Google, and look around. There are lots of example scripts you can find with an easy search.
