i want to create a complaint register site on my redhat 9 server,i had created database in mysql and require some help for drop down list

database name: data

CREATE TABLE register (
Date date,
Leaselinevendor VARCHAR(50),
location VARCHAR(50),
Leasecircuitid VARCHAR(50),
Docketno VARCHAR(50),
Remarks VARCHAR(50)
)

when user select lease line vendor it will show Bse and nse options
when user select location it will show maker and malad options
when user select leasecircuitid it will show cty and kvl options

this 3 selection will have dropdown menus and in docket no,remarks it will remain normal

please provide me the php script which will use for view,update and adding purpose.

I can't speak for everyone else, but I can tell you that I will not do your work for you. If you need a script/program written, either you need to write it yourself, or pay someone else to do it.

If you need assistance, please post what you've already written, along with what errors you're getting, and we can help you. Otherwise, I'd suggest you go to Google, and look around. There are lots of example scripts you can find with an easy search.
